Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data NeoIntellect Group processes when you visit our website or contact us, and what your rights are. It is based on Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. In brief

  • Our website uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising – which is why no cookie banner is shown.
  • All fonts, icons and scripts are hosted on our own server: your browser does not connect to any third-party service (e.g. Google Fonts) when you view our pages.
  • We only process the data needed to run the website and handle your requests.
  • We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Visiting the website and log files

Each time a page is accessed, the server automatically records technical information: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, referring site and error codes. This data is used solely to keep the website running and secure (e.g. to detect attacks). It is deleted after 30 days at the latest, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in a functional and secure website (Art. 4 Law 09-08; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact form and email

When you write to us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide: last name, first name, email address and, where applicable, phone number, company, subject and message. It is used only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The message is forwarded to us by email via our mail server.

Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The data is deleted once your request has been handled and no statutory retention obligation applies – at the latest 12 months after our last exchange, unless there is an ongoing business relationship.

5. Job applications

If you apply via our application form, we process the data and documents you submit (e.g. CV, cover letter) solely for the recruitment process. They are deleted no later than 6 months after the process ends, unless you agree that we may keep your application for longer.

6. Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies or other browser storage technologies (e.g. localStorage) for tracking, analytics or advertising. The language is selected via the page address (/en/, /de/) and is not stored in your browser.

7. Cookieless analytics (Matomo)

If web analytics is enabled, we use the open-source software Matomo, installed on our own server. Matomo is configured without cookies, IP addresses are anonymised (the last two bytes are masked) and your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is respected. The data (pages viewed, visit duration, device type, approximate country, referring site) is not shared with third parties and does not identify you. It is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser or by writing to us.

8. Links to external services

Our website contains links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. These are plain links: no data is sent to these services unless you click on them. After clicking, the privacy policy of the respective service applies.

9. Recipients and hosting

Our website and email are hosted by a provider in Morocco, which processes data only on our instructions. No other transfers take place unless required by law. Where data of visitors from the European Union is processed in Morocco, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, the right to restriction of processing and to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Simply write to us at info@neointellectgroup.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Moroccan data protection authority, www.cndp.ma) or, if you live in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.

11. Security

The website is only accessible via an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.

12. Changes

We update this policy when our website or the legal framework changes. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
